Allies — GCPD (Gordon) ● ●

Each instance of this Perk represents one type of ally. Each dot represents a layer of influence in the group. A character can ask for favors that add up to her Allies rating without penalty in one chapter. If they extends their influence beyond that, the player must roll Manipulation + Persuasion + Allies, with a penalty equal to the favor’s rating. If the roll is successful, the group does as requested. Failed or successful, the character loses a dot of Allies.

Close Quarters

Firing Lines — You can run for cover as a reaction to a ranged attack instead of dropping prone. You give up your action for the turn, but your character can get to any cover that’s within twice their Speed.
Hard Surfaces — When your character is grappling someone, they can bounce them off a hard surface with a Damage move. You deal lethal damage, then immediately end the grapple.

This perk represents a sphere or organization with which the character can garner information. Current contacts: Gordon (GCPD).

Resources ●

The dot rating determines the relative amount of disposable funding the character has available. One dot is a bit of disposable income.

Your character can apply their Status to any reasonable Social roll. They have access to group facilities, resources, and funding. Status requires upkeep, however, and may be lost if these duties are not upheld.

True Friend (Commander Bee)

A True Friend represents a deep, truly trusting relationship that cannot be breached. Any rolls to influence a True Friend against your character suffer a -5 penalty. In addition, once per story, your character can regain one spent Willpower by having a meaningful interaction with your True Friend.
