the bard of the animus

So, I'm not like a digital artist or anything, but I do consider myself a dabbler into all kinds of arts (specially the dark arts). What follows is some of my attempts, some better, some worse, in no particular order.

Bartholomew and the Dragon

So, this one I was trying something silly, I wanted to make a drawing only using the fill tool on the white spaces of randomly generated black and white noise. I started filling with random colors at first until I could see an image popping out, then it was just a matter of recoloring. Personally, I think it looks good.

This is one of my first attempts at digital art, from when I was in my mid-teens, and unlike most from that time, I've kept this one. I don't know what made me like it more than the others, but I guess there's something mysterious about her eyes, something that makes me want to explore further. I've even started a short story about her, but I've never finished it, like most of the stuff I start. I have to admit that it aches me a little seeing it now, specially with the terrible transparency job I made, awful really.
